Terms of Agreement:

1. Sponsorship Benefits: Sponsor will receive all benefits associated with the selected tier as outlined in the official sponsorship letter.

2. Payment Deadline: Sponsor agrees to submit full payment by October 15, 2026. Payment can be made via Check, Cash, or Electronic Payment. Check must be made out to Rotary Club of Chama Valley.

3. Use of Branding: Sponsor grants permission for the use of business name and logo in marketing materials related to the event.

4. Non-Payment: If payment is not received by November 1, 2026, sponsor benefits may be forfeited, including but not limited to signage, t-shirt inclusion, and online presence.

5. Cancellation: If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the organization will offer either a full refund or apply funds toward a future event.
