Event Information:
- Outdoor Tent Location: A 10′ x 10′ area will be designated within a heated tent directly in downtown Chama. Each 10′ x 10′ Outdoor Tent space fee is $45.00.
- Additional services available include:
- Electricity fee $15.00
- WiFi Fee $10.00
Vendor Responsibilities:
- Vendors are responsible for bringing their own chairs, table and set up. (Note: Only one vendor company per table/space).
- Business registration is the responsibility of the vendor. Please have your business license on hand.
- All paid vendor fees are non-refundable.
- You will receive your vendor space assignment upon arrival.
- Over 2,500 people attended the 2025 event.
Setup & Breakdown:
Vendors will set up Saturday between 8:00 am – 10:00 am. All booths need to be ready for shoppers by 10:00 am Saturday. Please do not mount, tape or nail anything on the walls of the tent. Vendors will be open on Saturday from 10:00 am – 5:30 pm and on Sunday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Breakdown time begins on Sunday at 4:00 pm. Please do not break down your space until 4:00 pm.
By completing this application online, you agree to the terms and conditions of this application, and hereby release and forever discharge The Rotary Club of Chama Valley / Chama Christmas in the Mountains and their volunteers from any responsibility, claims, loss or damage while participating in this event.

All vendors will be asked to sign the following Photo Release upon arrival to obtain assigned booth space location.
I hereby grant the Rotary Club of Chama Valley, its representatives, and affiliated
organizations the absolute right and permission to use photographs, video recordings, or digital images of me (or my child, if applicable) taken during Rotary-sponsored events for use in publications, promotional materials, websites, and social media platforms, without compensation or prior notice.
I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the Rotary Club of Chama Valley and will not be returned. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears.
